Kommo, HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce implementation

We set up Kommo, HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce for sales teams and connect them to your ERP, telephony and messengers. Leads from every channel land in one pipeline, calls and chats sit in the deal card, and orders and stock come in from your ERP with no manual typing. Built for teams with 2 or more sales reps. Launch from 7 days.

Implementation vs integration

People use the two words interchangeably, but they mean different scopes and different budgets. Most teams need both.

CRM implementation

We fit the system to how you actually sell: pipelines and stages, deal card fields, access rights, automatic tasks, document templates and reports for the head of sales. We move your customers and deals over from spreadsheets or an old system and train the reps on the new rules.

CRM integration

We connect the CRM to what already runs in the company: your ERP, telephony, messengers, the website, email, e-signing. Data moves between systems on its own, so nobody retypes it from one window into another.

Integrations on top of a messy pipeline only spread the mess faster, so we start with the sales process.

Kommo implementation

Kommo works well when selling happens in chats and on the phone: leads from the website, live chat and messengers turn into deals in the pipeline right away.

An example: a steel distributor received requests by email, in messengers and over the phone, and kept them in separate spreadsheets. We merged every channel into one pipeline, moved approvals to e-signing, and AI now drafts the quote from the spec. The approval cycle went from 45 to 12 days, and the company wins 34% more tenders. What we set up
  • Pipelines per product or channel, with clear rules for moving between stages
  • Deal card fields that reps actually fill in
  • Automatic tasks and reminders so no lead sits unanswered
  • Website, email, telephony, WhatsApp and Telegram in one pipeline
  • Reports by rep and by pipeline stage for the head of sales

HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce implementation

These systems can do a lot, which is exactly why they get overloaded: dozens of pipelines, fields nobody fills in, automations that trip over each other, channels that never reach the CRM.

Already on one of them? You don't have to switch. We fix the setup in place, connect the missing channels and then add AI on top: an agent that answers customers and updates deals, and call reviews against your checklist.

What we set up
  • Deal pipelines, stages and automations that match the real sales process
  • Messengers, website chat and email flowing into the CRM
  • Telephony: calls from the deal card, call recordings on the customer record
  • Exchange with your ERP: catalog, invoices, deals and orders
  • Access rights by department and reports for management

CRM integration with your ERP

The ERP or accounting system usually holds what a rep needs to answer a customer: products, prices, stock, orders, invoices and payments. Without that data in the CRM, reps copy numbers between windows while the customer waits.

We set up the exchange between the ERP and your CRM: orders, stock and documents move between the systems with no manual entry. Which reference data and documents to sync, in which direction and how often is decided in the plan, and that drives the timeline and the price.

Example: in the steel distribution project, the price in each quote is calculated automatically from the price list and warehouse stock.

Telephony and messengers in the deal card

A customer messages on WhatsApp, then calls — and all of it should end up in one deal card. We connect telephony to the CRM so calls, recordings and stats show up right in the deal, and a missed call can become a task immediately. Messengers, website chat and email go into a single workspace for the rep.

Telephony

Calls, recordings and stats inside the deal card.

Messengers

WhatsApp, Telegram and website chat. The conversation stays in the CRM, not on the rep's phone.

Call reviews

AI scores recorded calls against your checklist — AI call quality control.

Kommo, HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce: which one to choose

All four cover what a sales team needs, and we work with each of them. The choice depends on how customers reach you and what else you want to keep next to the CRM.

CRM implementation FAQ

A single module starts at $650, a full project at $3,750, support at $400/month. We quote the exact price after the free express audit: it depends on the number of pipelines, integrations and how much data has to move.
The express audit takes 1 hour and the plan 3 more hours. Then a pilot on your data and launch from 7 days. For a complex ERP exchange or a large data migration we give the timeline in the plan. 2 weeks of support after launch are included.
Kommo is built around sales in messengers and chats. HubSpot fits when marketing and sales share one platform. Zoho suits teams that want CRM and other business apps from one vendor. Salesforce is for large teams with complex processes. We will recommend one for your process during the audit; if you already use one of them, we set it up in place.
Yes. We migrate customers, deals and history; what exactly moves and in what form is fixed in the plan. For example, a leasing company had service and document deadlines for 1500 vehicles in spreadsheets, and we moved them into Kommo.
We set up the exchange between your ERP and the CRM: orders, stock and documents move between the systems with no manual entry. What data moves, in which direction and how often is defined in the plan.
Yes, it is the natural next step: an AI agent answers customers and updates deals in the CRM, and reps' calls are scored against your checklist. An agent launches from 7 days, a module starts at $650.
